Reporting and relationships: The position reports to the Associate Director – Knowledge Management and Program Communications.

Job Summary: The Creative Designer will be responsible for developing, coordinating the preparation of creative content at Grameen Foundation India. The key elements of the job are as below:

• Understand and be the gatekeeper of GFI visual  identity and brand guidelines.
• Taking design briefs to understand requirements.
• To develop creatives/designs (posters, newsletter, brochures, collaterals etc) for projects, events and other activities in accordance with the branding guidelines.
• To design, develop creative content (videos, PPT, audio) for multiple projects and activities in collaboration with specific stakeholders.
• To design video content for larger organizational mandate and project mandates in collaboration with specific project lead.
• To ideate and strategize different creatives that can be used in engines for marketing on social media handles.
• To work, assist and develop content/creatives/ Infographics for new initiatives, special project of Grameen and its associated organizations. 
• Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the final design.

Skills and qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline with 2 – 5 years of experience
• Sound knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier Elements, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver
• Working knowledge of WordPress
• You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics
• You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
• You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
• This is an extremely hands-on role and the employee is expected to quickly understand the nature of demands, respond quickly and diligently with the highest quality outputs and empathy.
