Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Answering or making calls to end users to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, engaging service engineers/vendors and ensuring that end users feel supported and valued.
  • Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information to handle the queries of the end users, as needed.
  • Building lasting relationships with end users and other SELCO team members based on trust and reliability.
  • Utilizing software, databases, appropriately.
  • Understanding and striving to meet or exceed CRM metrics while providing excellent consistent end user service.
  • Making recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.
  • Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • A candidate should have acquired a minimum educational qualification of higher secondary/Diploma. However, graduate in any discipline will be given preference.
  • Prior working experience of atleast 1-2 years with CRM software or call centre may be preferred.
  • Exceptional end user service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
  • Understanding of company services, and policies.
  • Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office and strong typing skills.
  • Ability to ask questions and have deep insights on the issues
  • Ability to handle/work in difficult situations.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Adaptability and accountability.
  • Fluency in English as well as local language (read, write and speak) of the state is mandatory
