**Job Description:**

The Data Analyst and MIS Officer will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of various data reports and dashboards.  Key responsibilities include:

* Creating and publishing monthly, weekly, and daily Management Information Systems (MIS) reports.

* Developing a monthly RFR (Request for Funds/Resources) and operations dashboard.

* Conducting data analysis on various factors impacting WWF’s operations.

* Managing invoice data, sending it to agencies, and verifying its accuracy.

* Providing online query status updates to internal teams and external agencies.

* Preparing regular giving MIS reports.

* Collaborating on data corrections and ensuring data integrity.

* Performing other tasks and duties as assigned by the line manager.

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 2-4 years of relevant work experience in data analysis and management.

* Expertise in data management and analysis techniques.

* Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and Word.

* Experience with CRM/DMS software is a significant advantage.
