**Qualifications and Skills:**  

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a Management-related field from a reputed institution.  

– Proficiency in self-service analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, or equivalents.  

– Strong knowledge of MS Office tools; familiarity with other productivity tools is a bonus.  

– Expertise in using large and diverse datasets to draw inferences.  

– Knowledge of Hindi and English; proficiency in local languages spoken in Chhattisgarh is a plus.  

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Formulate problem statements and conduct root cause analysis.  

– Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Economists for effective project delivery.  

– Perform data mapping, transformation, and quality checks.  

– Generate insights and present findings to stakeholders.  

– Stay updated on emerging trends in data science and analytics.  

**Personal Characteristics:**  

– Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.  

– Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.  

– Ability to work collaboratively, set priorities, and meet deadlines.  

– Fluent in Hindi and English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
