**Job Description: Data and Tech Analyst, Economic Inclusion Program**
**Location:** Shillong, Meghalaya

**Position Overview:**
The Data and Tech Analyst will support the ‘Meghalaya Economic Inclusion Program’ (M-EIP) by managing tech products for implementation and monitoring. Key responsibilities include:
– Leading end-to-end tech product development and roadmap execution.
– Facilitating MIS build-out for MSRLS.
– Building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
– Analyzing data, presenting reports, and conducting market research.
– Designing Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs) and supporting operations in rural areas.
**Qualifications:**
– Fluent in English and local languages (Garo, Khasi & Jaintia).
– 3-5 years of experience in tech/MIS development, preferably with a postgraduate or graduate degree.
– Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
– Experience working with government stakeholders and willingness to travel extensively.
– Passion for serving marginalized communities with humility and sensitivity.
