## Data Coordinator – Energy for Health Program

**About SELCO’s Energy for Health Program**
This program aims to strengthen healthcare delivery for over 170 million people by sustainably powering 25,000 public health facilities in remote, rural, and climate-vulnerable regions across 12 states in India by 2026. We believe providing 100% renewable energy and green building infrastructure for healthcare facilities will democratize access to essential health services in remote areas and contribute to pandemic preparedness.
**The Role**
SELCO Foundation seeks a highly motivated individual who is passionate about data management and taking a leading role in the high-quality data management related to Solar PV Systems within our Energy for Health program. The Data Coordinator will be responsible for developing robust reporting tools and assisting in digitizing the database by collecting and maintaining field-level data from Remote Monitoring System (RMS) and Customer Relation Executives. This position will play a crucial role in providing high-quality data visualization and state-specific dashboards, delivering meaningful insights to management at the HO level for strategic and corrective decision-making.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Analyze RMS dashboards and CRM reports, providing detailed summaries of key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Coordinate with the dashboard development team to resolve bugs, issues, and customize dashboards based on requirements
* Assist in developing and monitoring indicators across the system, ensuring comprehensive monitoring of all aspects
* Ensure data collection on all indicators for monitoring and policy making within the department, avoiding duplication of efforts across divisions
* Support in developing data quality protocols for reliable monitoring systems
* Design, plan, and manage data requirements and data collection processes
* Maintain data integrity by conducting rigorous data cleaning, error checking, and validation
* Provide training to the CRM team on dashboard scrolling, data analysis, data visualization, and reporting mechanisms
* Review dashboard data and generate analysis reports for both RMS and CRM based on defined indicators
* Support in developing an integrated system for data storage across multiple MIS dashboards within each state
* Administer the day-to-day responsibilities of master data and reporting analysts
**Qualifications and Skills**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
* Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
* Ability to manage and analyze large datasets
* Proficient in using advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience with creating aesthetically pleasing presentation decks is an advantage.
* Proficiency in using statistical software such as STATA, SPSS, R, Python, Power BI, etc.
* Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to take initiative, solve problems, follow through, and meet deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles for different audiences
* Experience in finalizing and submitting annual and quarterly performance evaluations for various systems, including data analysis, investigative research, and executive summaries
* Experience in training employees in mapping software and data visualization
* Understanding of database design concepts
* Willingness to travel extensively in difficult terrains within and outside the state as required
