**About the Role**

PATH’s Information Technology (IT) team is seeking a skilled and experienced Data Services Lead to join our growing team.  The Data Services Lead will lead a technical team in the design, development, and maintenance of distributed applications and enterprise integrations. This role involves overseeing the architecture and implementation of multi-tier cloud-based solutions that effectively transform and manage enterprise data across various platforms, including Azure, Salesforce, and other cloud technologies.

**Responsibilities:**

* **Team Leadership:** Lead and mentor a team of 4 technical professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Drive team performance, ensuring that project timelines and objectives are met with high quality. Provide technical guidance and career development support to team members.

* **Systems Architecture and Development:** Design and develop scalable, distributed applications using object-oriented principles. Architect multi-tier cloud-based applications, ensuring seamless data integration and transformation. Work closely with stakeholders to define system requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

**Qualifications:**

**Required:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

* Extensive experience in systems architecture, software development, and cloud technologies.

* Proficiency in C# .NET, ASP.NET, MS TSQL, and Microsoft Cloud services.

* Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing technical teams.

* Experience with enterprise platform integrations, particularly in Azure and Salesforce.

* Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

**Preferred:**

* Certification in Microsoft technologies or relevant platforms.

* Experience with Microsoft Fabric and enterprise analytics solutions.
