**Job Description**

PATH is searching for a skilled and experienced Data Services Lead to join our Information Technology (IT) team. The IT Department collaborates with business partners worldwide to solve information technology challenges, improve efficiencies, and achieve strategic goals. As Data Services Lead, you will lead a technical team in the design, development, and maintenance of distributed applications and enterprise integrations. This role involves overseeing the architecture and implementation of multi-tier cloud-based solutions that effectively transform and manage enterprise data across various platforms, including Azure, Salesforce, and other cloud technologies.

**Responsibilities:**

* **Team Leadership:** 

    * Lead and mentor a team of 4 technical professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

    * Drive team performance, ensuring project timelines and objectives are met with high quality.

    * Provide technical guidance and career development support to team members.

* **Systems Architecture and Development:**

    * Design and develop scalable, distributed applications using object-oriented principles.

    * Architect multi-tier cloud-based applications, ensuring seamless data integration and transformation.

    * Work closely with stakeholders to define system requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

**Qualifications:**

**Required:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

* Extensive experience in systems architecture, software development, and cloud technologies.

* Proficiency in C# .NET, ASP.NET, MS TSQL, and Microsoft Cloud services.

* Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing technical teams.

* Experience with enterprise platform integrations, particularly in Azure and Salesforce.

* Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

**Preferred:**

* Certification in Microsoft technologies or relevant platforms.

* Experience with Microsoft Fabric and enterprise analytics solutions.
