Job Description
- End to End Program management for OEP and CEP units. This could involve moderate external client interactions to establish operational and service expectations. As broad phases the activities would involve leading Delivery planning, Execution, Program closure and Follow ups.
- Ensuring cost & assets optimization (Facilities, manpower) to ensure program success and seamless operations.
- Forecasting demand & conduct planning for mid to long term (2-5 years) for the Unit’s sustainability and success.
- Drive and implement relevant policy and process changes for standardization & excellence of delivery across all formats and durations.
- Evolution of the long term delivery strategy and augmenting the IIMA program experience in coordination with the COO.
- Ability to pre-empt & troubleshoot problems relevant to the participant & client’s learning journey with IIMA. Strengthen the delegation & escalation matrix to ensure a level based problem resolution & management structure.
- Monitor and assist in performance audit of agencies and third parties (as may be applicable), including offsite locations and ensure adherence to standards.
- Liaison with faculty for academic coordination and facilitate the aggregation of requisite program resources from the concerned internal departments.
- Establish positive relationships with key internal administrative stakeholders and drive service level agreements or understanding for executive education activities.
- Drive team member selection, engagement, performance management and growth. Ability to coach and mentor team members on a regular basis.
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
- MBA or equivalent from any recognised university
- The ideal candidate should have 7-12 years of experience at middle to senior management positions with exposure to service delivery, process establishment & standardization and people management.
- Experience in Higher education, Customer success and business fulfilment roles (In industries such as Financial services, BPOs, Airlines & related Service sector) , Key account management and high end client management exposure would be an added advantage.
