**Job Title:** Deputy Director Membership

**Location:** Chennai, India

**Experience Required:** 15 – 17 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and general administration, preferably in the Tech industry.

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Servicing member companies in the region, including responding to and resolving queries, organizing events, and taking required service initiatives for member engagement.

* Driving Regional Councils for the territory in various geographical areas as needed, and Special Interest Groups for HR, CFOs, CEOs, Skill Initiatives, GCC Forum, etc. This includes conceptualizing and implementing related initiatives and events.

* Implementing ideas and initiatives strategized in the region.

* Business Development by recruiting new members, outreach for Nasscom events for delegate registration, sponsorship, and selling Nasscom research reports, publications, etc.

* Planning and initiating regional events.

* Facilitating and supporting national-level initiatives and events in the region.

* Implementing and managing internal processes with respect to finance, knowledge management, revenue, and expenditure.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:**

* MBA with specialization in Marketing.

* Proven track record of success in Sales, Marketing, and general administration.

* Strong analytical orientation with working experience of relationship and account management.

* Excellent client handling skills and exposure to handling CXO/Senior management.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Familiarity with business studies/economics.

* Entrepreneurial and customer-focused mindset.

* Possess updated knowledge of the technology industry in the specified region.

* Highly motivated team player with a self-driven and out-of-the-box thinking approach.
