Job Profile:

As a Senior Resource for Employee Volunteering, Fundraising, Pan-India Volunteering Oversight, and Team Management, you will play a crucial role in overseeing, developing, and managing our employee volunteering programs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Annual EVP Strategy:

  • Develop and implement the employee volunteering strategy and annual plan, aligning it with Magic Bus’s mission and goals, contributing to the unrestricted corpus of human capital that supports our work. Execute the annual employee engagement plan(virtual and in-person) in collaboration with various corporate donors, designing activities that align with their CSR objectives.

2. Financial Sustainability and Fundraising:

  • Secure financial support from various sources, including but not limited to:
  • Corporate partners through employee volunteering
  • Individual donors
  • Foundations and grant opportunities
  • Government grants and programs
  • Online crowdfunding and peer-to-peer fundraising
  • Corporate social responsibility (CSR) grants
  • Sponsorships and partnerships
  • Fundraising events and campaigns

4. Pan-India Volunteering Oversight:

  • Coordinate, manage, and oversee volunteering activities across different regions of India, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance with Magic Bus standards.
  • Work closely with regional teams to align and expand volunteering programs to maximize our impact nationwide.

5. Team Management:

  • Lead and manage a team of employee volunteering resources, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure effective program delivery and team performance.

6. Donor Relationship Management:

  • Act as the custodian of donor relationships, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring good customer relationship management (CRM) practices.

7. Data and Analytics:

  • Maintain and analyze data related to program progress, monitoring, and tracking engagement sessions conducted as per the annual plan for EVP

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree preferred) .
  • Proven experience of 10 -15 years in managing and developing employee volunteering programs and fundraising in the nonprofit sector, with a focus on building a Corpus for Employee volunteering vertical
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of corporate social responsibility (CSR) laws, trends and best practices.
  • Ability to engage and inspire corporate volunteers
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting for programs
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
