Professional Experience: 

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of post-qualification experience of which minimum 1-2 years of experience should be in working with Rural Communities, especially women.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience of working in project planning & implementation in the locations at the rural areas for projects related to skill development, digital literacy, women empowerment etc.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and oral communication skills in Hindi.

Skills: Experience in managing, monitoring and delivering of a communication campaign in the rural setting, in-depth understanding of rural ecosystem especially for women, proven editing presentation, documentation, analytical, written and verbal communication skills, in English and Hindi.

Job Description:

  • Take lead in identifying and fostering partnerships with relevant stakeholders working in women empowerment.
  • Develop insights and ideas for programmatic uptake of technology and innovation to enhance women empowerment.
  • Conduct research, conceptualize new ideas and develop notes on range of topics.
  • Supporting planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluating activities of the project in coordination with the Program Manager. 
  • Conduct analysis of program implementation time to time to identify areas for improvement and propose appropriate technical strategy and guidelines.
  • Develop reports, or other necessary materials to facilitate research, best practices, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Documentation of project learnings and process documentation of various efforts under project.
  • Responsible for communication for internal and external for the vertical and domain.
  • Perform other activities, as assigned.
