**Job Description:**
The Deputy Manager will be responsible for the implementation and management of projects focused on promoting women-led enterprises in Sonbhadra. This role requires strong coordination skills, stakeholder management expertise, and a commitment to achieving project goals within budget and timeline constraints. The successful candidate will play a key role in empowering women entrepreneurs by improving their access to resources, training, and networks.
**Roles & Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute program strategies supporting women-led enterprises.
* Coordinate project activities, including workshops, training sessions, and networking events.
* Assist in developing and delivering entrepreneurship training modules.
* Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and impact on women-led enterprises.
* Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, government agencies, and private sector partners.
* Facilitate access to financial resources, mentoring, and technical support for women entrepreneurs.
* Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing project progress, challenges, and outcomes.
* Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the women-led enterprise sector.
* Report to the Assistant Programme Director at DAHQ.
* Coordinate with the corporate Communication and Knowledge Management unit for data collection, collation, and analysis.
* Coordinate administrative issues with relevant departments.
