## Job Title: Deputy Manager – Data Analyst

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Data Analyst to join our team. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and insights related to the effectiveness of our programs. This role involves:
* **Data Analysis:** Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to program effectiveness. Utilizing statistical tools and software to conduct analyses and generate reports.
* **Reporting & Visualization:** Creating clear and compelling data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Preparing reports and presentations summarizing insights and recommendations.
* **Data Collection & Management:** Designing and implementing data collection strategies, including surveys, interviews, and existing data sources. Ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of data.
* **Collaboration:** Working closely with program teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. Collaborating with external partners, researchers, and stakeholders as needed.
* **Monitoring & Evaluation:** Contributing to the development of monitoring and evaluation frameworks and key performance indicators (KPIs). Supporting ongoing assessments to measure program impact and inform strategic planning.
* **Continuous Improvement:** Staying current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and impact measurement. Providing recommendations for enhancing data collection and analysis processes.
**Desired Qualifications:**
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
* **Experience:** 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the nonprofit or impact sector. Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation frameworks is a plus.
* **Technical Skills:** Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
* **Analytical Skills:** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
* **Communication Skills:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly to diverse audiences.
* **Team Player:** Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and engage with various stakeholders.
