**Role and Responsibilities:**
– **Strategic:** Formulate and execute strategies for cleaning and waste management; establish policies compliant with health and safety regulations; oversee budgets and implement sustainability initiatives.
– **Operational:** Ensure efficient delivery of cleaning services; manage contracts with external providers; conduct facility inspections; ensure compliance with environmental and health standards; champion sustainable practices.
– **People:** Lead and motivate staff, manage training programs, monitor performance, and liaise with stakeholders.
**Qualifications:**
– Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
– 8-12 years of experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or facility management.
**Skills Required:**
– Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
– Knowledge of cleaning tools, chemicals, and equipment.
– Familiarity with compliance protocols related to hygiene and environment.
