Job description:

• Manager / Deputy Manager will execute the field activities of the project in the thematic area of waste management, particularly plastic waste management.
• Implement which include design financial planning, resource management and quality of deliverables.
• Developing partnerships and establishing linkages for strengthening the vale chain.
• Developing de-centralised models for waste management, integrating informal sector
• Developing/ strengthening and promoting enterprises – particularly women-based enterprises on waste management.
• Developing effective models for door-to-door waste collection, by promoting and conducting IEC activities.
• Working with Municipalities and other relevant government bodies.
• Developing effective business models on waste management.
• Develop knowledge products with new knowledge management and non-project resources.
• Outlay and evaluation of existing projects.
• Business development of projects in waste sector.
• Any work assigned by the senior management.
