Job Details/ Criteria
Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility:
• The role is responsible for driving partner engagements both on and off the platform. This required close collaboration with Content partner leadership team, NASSCOM ecosystem and platform team
• The individual needs to have end to end ownership of skilling products being offered by FutureSkills partners on Emerging tech/ Professional Skills. This requires product knowledge in terms of curriculum, learner experience, learning outcomes etc
• The role will focus on building partner specific strategy to achieve agreed outcomes of scale, visibility, skilling targets etc. Rapport and relationship building is key
• Understanding / prior working experience with Government agencies would be an added advantage.
• SPOC for coordinating any business and/or technical problems identified. You work to resolve these in coordination with cross functional team (as required)
• Responsible for wearing sales & marketing hat to drive enrollments & completions for courses on FutureSkills. Working closely with Partner Sales team , FutureSkills client facing teams , Marketing and Comm teams to design learner engagements/ campaigns
• The individual will be required to develop a thorough understanding of FutureSkills portals – features and functionality and be well versed with integration processes
• Responsible for establishing governance .key metrics and reporting framework related to new and existing partner content. This includes drafting of MoU and annexures, managing audit trails and documentation and raising invoices
• The individual will be responsible to reach out to potential partners to identify and select new content partners ,as per the criteria defined by FutureSkills
• The individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding and integration of new partners on FutureSkills platforms- B2B/ B2A and PRIME
• Resolving partner related issues quickly and effectively
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
• Product management
• Sales and Marketing skills
• Customer oriented mind-set
• Overall 8-12 years’ experience, majority of it in Ed tech industry will be preferred
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage different stakeholders
