**Position Summary:**
The Deputy Manager will be responsible for the implementation and management of projects focused on promoting women-led enterprises in the Jhansi region. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent stakeholder engagement abilities, and a commitment to empowering women entrepreneurs.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute program strategies supporting women-led enterprises.
* Coordinate project activities, including workshops, training sessions, and networking events.
* Assist in developing and delivering entrepreneurship training modules.
* Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and impact on women-led enterprises.
* Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, government agencies, and private sector partners.
* Facilitate access to financial resources, mentoring, and technical support for women entrepreneurs.
* Prepare reports and presentations summarizing project progress, challenges, and outcomes.
* Conduct research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the women-led enterprise sector.
* Report to the Assistant Programme Director at DAHQ.
* Coordinate with the corporate Communication and Knowledge Management unit for data collection and analysis.
* Coordinate administrative issues with relevant departments.
**Qualifications:**
* Graduation, Post Graduation
* 3-5 years of experience in project implementation within the development action domain.

* Willingness to conduct extensive fieldwork and travel, including solo trips.
