**Job Title:** Deputy Manager/Senior Associate – Customer Success  

**Location:** Noida, NCR

Nasscom, the National Association of Software and Services Companies, is a leading IT-ITeS Sector Skills Council. We focus on driving initiatives that enhance the skills ecosystem in India through collaboration with government, academia, and industry partners.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**  

1. Collaborate closely with government and academic institutions to promote activities like FSP Adoption, Project-Based Learning (PBL), Experiential Learning, and Industry-Driven Internships.  

2. Develop strategic alliances and manage relationships with stakeholders including state governments, central authorities, universities, colleges, and polytechnics.  

3. Achieve targets in assigned geographies for academia, OEM courses, and fee-based programs.  

4. Create proposals, concept notes, decks, and documentation templates to support program milestones.  

5. Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess program effectiveness.  

6. Prepare and update periodic reports and communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.  

7. Facilitate effective internal and external communication and act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and feedback.

 

**Qualifications:**  

– PGDM/MBA from a premier institute.  

– Minimum 5 years of experience in managing complex, preferably multi-locational projects.  

– Proven track record in program implementation and achieving outcomes.  

– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.  

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.  

– Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in regional languages is a plus.
