Job Details/ Criteria
Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility:
- Maintain and update the SSC website with relevant content, news, and resources in collaboration with the marketing and communication team.
- Monitor website performance, security, and user experience.
- Implement website improvements based on user feedback and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the technology partner to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of InSDMS.
- Maintain documentation related to InSDMS and website configurations, processes, and updates.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate, liaise, and manage multiple agencies and vendors to ensure all IT needs are delivered.
- Collaborate with internal teams for technical and creative support, fostering teamwork.
- Ensure web security and suggest usability enhancements.
- Ability to deliver within stringent timelines.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field with 6 – 8 years of experience in IT Ops and IT support areas.
- Proven experience in managing and maintaining Salesforce-based applications.
- Strong knowledge of AWS and cloud-based storage solutions.
- Proficiency in website management and content management systems (CMS).
- Strong knowledge of SOQL/SOSL queries.
- Understanding of inbound and outbound API integration.
- Basic understanding of web development technologies, CMS management, domain hosting, and website security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data security and compliance.
