Education: MRS/BRS/MSW or Related Field

Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years experience

Skills & Competencies required

  • Develop understanding about social and economic status of village community and target groups. 
  • Conduct exercise for need analysis of different groups of community, women, youth, farmers, landless etc. 
  • Village level participatory planning and monitoring 
  • Develop community Institutions and strengthening of community Institutions. 
  • Mobilize and build capacity building of community institutions and Panchayat. 
  • Implementation of project and programmes as per implementation strategy 
  • Preparing material for training and IEC for capacity building of community
  • Documentation work; case studies, photo and Video documentation, MIS, HHs level records, VI/CBOs level records etc.
  • Good government Liaison skills 

Job Profile

  • Ensuring community participation in activities. 
  • Ensuring institutional perspective in program. 
  • Ensuring women participation in all activities 
  • Following the implementation strategies in all activities 
  • Plan, organize, coordinate, and facilitate training programs and related activities for community and field Para worker. 
  • Documenting case studies/best practices 
  • Timely payments to labour and suppliers for respective vertical
  • Timely settlement of advances, bill vouchers 
  • Ensuring financial transparency 
  • Ensuring timely reports and MIS
  • Any other task assigned by AKRSP (I) management.
  • Linkage among project stakeholders, Integration of development programme at village level/hh level
