Job Title: DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Development of CI/CD processes and standards.
• Manage Azure DevOps repositories, branching and merging.
• Manage build pipelines and release pipelines.
• Provisioning of environments.
• Creating of deployment plan/schedule.
• Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure.
• Ensure that the deliveries meet the security and quality requirements.
• Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes.
• Drive DevOps approach with continuous delivery.
• Working with software developers and architects to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended.
• Monitoring and triaging performance and operational issues in the maintained environments.
• Participate in incident resolution and problem management.
• Work closely with the IT teams to monitor and remediate issues within the deployed artefacts. 

Skills & Qualifications

• Overall 6 – 7 years of experience.
• Certification: Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer Expert AZ-400
• Demonstrable hands-on experience with YAML pipelines.
• Demonstrable hands-on experience on deploying AKS cluster and services within AKS cluster.
• Exposure to configuring & deploying Azure Container Registries.
• Exposure to configuring triggers, approval policies and gates.
• Exposure to GitHub Actions.
• Good exposure to Agile software development
• Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.
• Excellent knowledge of cloud computing technologies and current computing trends.
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to properly articulate complicated cloud reports to management and other IT development partners.
