## Dialysis Nurse

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated **Dialysis Nurse** to join our team at our Hans Renal Care Centers (HRCC), an innovative model of healthcare delivery designed to alleviate health disparities among vulnerable populations and individuals with chronic Kidney diseases.
**Job Locations:**
* Shahjahanpur
* Bareilly
* Varanasi
* Kanpur
* Agra
* Gorakhpur
**Experience Required:**
* 2-5 years of experience in a Dialysis Centre with good knowledge and skills.
**Responsibilities:**
* Maintain and clean dialysis machines and equipment.
* Sanitize and clean the machine and surrounding area before and after dialysis treatments to prevent patient infection.
* Monitor water treatment and dialyzer reprocessing.
* Observe patients during treatment to monitor for medical emergencies and assist with any questions or concerns.
* Educate patients on dialysis procedures.
* Make treatment alterations to maintain safe application.
* Collaborate with nurses and doctors to administer the correct treatment for each patient.
* Explain the dialysis process to patients and their families.
* Monitor patient vascular access.
* Teach patients about additional health care to enhance positive dialysis results.
* Prepare patients for local anesthesia administration.
* Create written reports on patient progress for doctors.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives for the centre.
* Provide excellent and efficient patient care.
* Document pre-dialysis specifications, including patient weight, temperature, and vital signs.
**Reporting To:**
* Manager- Programme / Bio Medical Engineer
**Qualifications:**
* Degree / Diploma in Dialysis.
**Other Requirements:**
* Excellent communication and documentation skills in English and Hindi.
* Data analysis, reporting and presentation skills.
* Willingness to travel extensively in remote areas.
