**Job Location:** Chaibasa & Ghatshila

**Number of Positions:** 2

**Experience Required:** 2-5 years of experience in a Dialysis Center.

**Responsibilities:**

* Maintaining and cleaning dialysis machines and equipment.

* Sanitizing the dialysis machine and surrounding area.

* Monitoring water treatment and dialyzer reprocessing.

* Observing patients during treatment for medical emergencies.

* Addressing patient questions and concerns.

* Educating patients about dialysis.

* Adjusting treatment to maintain safety.

* Collaborating with nurses and doctors.

* Explaining the dialysis process to patients and families.

* Monitoring patient vascular access.

* Teaching patients about supplementary healthcare.

* Preparing patients and administering local anesthesia (if applicable).

* Creating patient progress reports for doctors.

* Participating in center quality improvement initiatives.

* Providing patient care.

* Documenting pre-dialysis specifications (weight, temperature, vital signs).

**Reporting to:** Project Coordinator / Biomedical Engineer

**Qualifications:**

* Degree/Diploma in Dialysis.

* 2-5 years of experience in a Dialysis Center with strong knowledge and skills.

* Excellent communication and documentation skills in English and Hindi.

* Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and presentations.

* Willingness to travel extensively in remote areas.

**Salary:** Commensurate with education, experience, and past salary.
