The role involves developing and executing comprehensive digital advertising strategies on platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc keeping ROI at centre stage. Responsibilities include creating, deploying and and optimizing performance based digital paid campaigns.

Also entails tracking key performance indicators with respect to brand as well as fundraising, reporting, media budget management, collaborating with internal teams, coordinating with external agencies, and managing stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital paid advertising strategies on Google, Meta, etc.
  • Monitor campaign performance, optimize targeting, and budget allocation to maximize return on investment. An hands-on experience with Digital Fundraising and lead generation will be preferred
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in digital advertising algorithms and platform regulations.
  • Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize campaign performance and align with organisations ethos.
  • Create and execute large scale campaign strategies based on data insights and feedback to enhance the effectiveness of digital marketing and fundraising.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of digital marketing campaigns for inhouse as well as agencies.
  • To manage and prepare detailed reports on media expenses, ROI’s, and other relevant metrics for performance evaluation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as content creation, graphics, and fundraising to align digital marketing efforts with organizational goals.
  • To work on existing donor nurturing with the right use of digital strategies for marketing .
  • Coordinate with external agencies for digital marketing services, ensuring alignment with the organization’s objectives.
  • Should have the skills to present right matrices for review of performance with industry insights.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in various digital marketing tools and platforms and a willingness to learn and implement new functionalities.

Qualifications

  • Should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, Web Development or a closely related field. A Master’s degree will be preferred.
  • Around 5 years plus of experience with digital marketing and fundraising with cross-channel marketing in a non-profit setting will be preferred.
  • Understanding and experience in conversion rate optimization, developing and optimizing supporter/customer journeys, landing pages and e-commerce donation forms.
  • Experience of building and managing successful marketing campaigns across digital platforms to drive income/sales.
  • Demonstrated success in managing revenue-generating digital campaigns, B2B leads, including those executed by external agencies.
