About The/Nudge:

The/Nudge is an action institute working towards a poverty-free India, within our lifetime. We partner with governments, markets, and civil society to build resilient livelihoods for all. We are a collective of some of India’s best leaders and entrepreneurs from across the industry, academia, government, and development sectors, and our work is organized across three impact streams:

Centre for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (CSDE): enables underprivileged youth to lead flourishing lives
Centre for Rural Development (CRD): enables rural families to come out of extreme poverty
Centre for Social Innovation (CSI): nudges top talent to solve India’s biggest challenges

At The/Nudge you will:

plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns – including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns
measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess their progress against goals (ROI and KPIs)
identify trends and insights and optimize spending and performance based on the insights
understand how to use all research and lead generation tools available – including internet sources such as social and business media
build inbound marketing plans for all programs – including identifying the TG, building the lead generation funnel, and optimizing funnels
develop a digital marketing resource with combined skill sets across all areas of digital including SEO, content production, PPC, retargeting, email marketing, affiliate marketing, online PR, quality link building, social media advertising, social media campaigns, and conversion optimization
manage and train the digital team
improve performance through reporting and analytics
