**Job Description:**

The Wadhwani Foundation seeks an experienced technical leader to direct AI initiatives. This role requires a senior candidate with expertise in designing, testing, and scaling large-scale AI systems.  The successful candidate will lead the integration of AI across the Foundation’s programs, impacting entrepreneurs in over 20 countries.

**Responsibilities:**

* Define and manage the AI product roadmap, including testing, performance monitoring, and continuous innovation.

* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define AI strategy and optimize AI models.

* Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify product opportunities.

* Prioritize AI enhancements based on customer needs and objectives.

* Lead the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

* Work with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications.

* Plan and execute product launches, collaborating with marketing and sales teams.

* Monitor AI product performance, ensuring low latency and high accuracy.

* Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.

* Stay abreast of market trends and industry developments.

* Deeply understand customer needs and behaviors to inform AI feature development.

* Champion advanced AI user experience, advocating for customer-centric design.

* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

* Present product metrics and updates to senior management.

**Experience Required:**

20+ years of experience, with 10-15+ years of technical experience and advanced expertise in AI, preferably with a focus on designing, testing, and scaling B2C/B2B products.  Strong understanding of product development methodologies, user-centered design, and agile development practices is essential.
