Arpan is looking for an experienced passionate individual to build their Arpan digital practice over the next 5 years.

3.       Key Objectives of the Job

To define and lead Arpan’s digital initiatives across India

4.       Major Deliverables

  • Strategy: Work closely with the CEO and Board to define Arpan’s 5-year digital strategy and build a clear execution roadmap and business plan.
  • Offerings: Create data-driven offerings with metrics with clear impact measures, working closely with internal stakeholders
  • Partnerships: Create a clear plan for Arpan’s digital partnerships, including go to market strategy for the expansion of the digital business
  • Technology: Oversee the use of technology within Arpan. Leverage external providers to build modular, agile offerings for our stakeholders.
  • Talent: Recruit high quality talent to build the right technology and product teams to deliver Arpan’s digital strategy
  • Funding: Work closely with the fund raising team to rise suitable funding for Arpans digital strategy. Understanding and visualization of learning material, coordinate, and review educational content, and incorporate current technology in developing specific eLearning curriculum.

Arpan has been investing in digital learning over the last 5 years, and is now focused on scaling up initiatives.

The key challenges of the role are:

  • Product enhancement: Enhancing the customer product design to increase retention rates and develop measurability metrics across offerings
  • Partnerships: Rapidly onboarding partners to enhance scale and reach.
  • New offerings: To create new offerings/ consider how one can provide an increasingly digital edge to the current offerings
  • Efficient operations: Develop blueprint for how technology, content and operating teams would work together to be able to create high quality scalable offerings and service partners/ stakeholders.
  • Technology enhancement: Develop a low cost, agile approach to technology and upgrade existing architecture to enable scale.

7.       Educational Qualification

 Any Graduate / Masters

8.       Desired Work Experience

  • Candidate should have specific experience in building and scaling digital offerings, and demonstrate live examples of their digital products.
  • Candidate should have specific experience in working with/ running high quality tech and product teams.
  • Candidate should have experience in involved digital products (where there is a need for repeated customer engagement), and it would be nice to have experience in e-learn type of digital offerings.
  • 5 – 10 years of Digital experience is essential, as we need somebody who is experienced & has built an end to end digital product.

  • Candidate should be interested in helping social sector enterprises build world class, globally relevant digital strategies.
  • Candidate should have strong leadership skills and be able to deploy transformative changes in collaboration with existing teams
