## Director – Finance

This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization’s financial operations, ensuring financial stability, and supporting our mission through sound financial management.

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement financial strategies and policies aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.

* Manage the accounting and reporting functions, including financial statements, budgets, and tax compliance.

* Oversee the financial planning and analysis process, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.

* Manage cash flow, investments, and risk management activities.

* Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including IT and GST taxation.

* Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.

* Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial transparency and accountability.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

* Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in a non-profit organization.

* Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance.

* Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
