**Job Overview**

We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual to lead our Madhya Pradesh programmes. The Director, Madhya Pradesh Programmes will be responsible for the overall strategy, implementation, and growth of all Peepul’s initiatives in the state. This is a leadership role with significant impact, requiring strong managerial, strategic, and operational skills.

**Job Location:** Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for Peepul’s Madhya Pradesh programmes, aligning with the organization’s overall vision and goals.

* Lead a team of dedicated professionals responsible for program implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.

* Oversee the financial management, resource mobilization, and reporting for the Madhya Pradesh programmes.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including government officials, donors, local communities, and other organizations.

* Ensure program quality and effectiveness through rigorous monitoring and evaluation mechanisms.

* Advocate for Peepul’s work and contribute to building a strong reputation for the organization in Madhya Pradesh.

* Identify opportunities for program expansion and innovation within the state.

* Participate in relevant national and regional forums and networks.

**Qualifications:**

* Master’s degree in Education, Development Studies, Social Work, Public Policy, or a related field.

* Minimum 10 years of experience in leading and managing development programs in education or related sectors.

* Proven track record of developing and implementing successful programs in Madhya Pradesh.

* Strong understanding of the education landscape in Madhya Pradesh and relevant government policies.

* Demonstrated experience in working with government agencies, donors, and community-based organizations.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Proficiency in English and Hindi.
