## Job Description: Director – Mentor-Mentee Network

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to lead our Mentor-Mentee Network in Delhi, India. The Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to build and scale this network, connecting aspiring entrepreneurs and experienced business leaders to accelerate their growth and impact.
**Responsibilities:**
* **Network Development:** Develop and execute a strategic plan to attract, engage, and retain a diverse pool of high-quality mentors and mentees.
* **Program Design & Management:** Design, implement, and manage impactful mentorship programs tailored to the specific needs of mentees, fostering sustainable relationships and driving tangible outcomes.
* **Community Building:** Build a vibrant and supportive community of mentors and mentees through regular events, workshops, and networking opportunities.
* **Resource Mobilization:** Identify and secure funding, partnerships, and other resources to support the growth and sustainability of the Mentor-Mentee Network.
* **Monitoring & Evaluation:** Develop and implement robust systems for monitoring and evaluating program impact, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
* **Communication & Advocacy:** Effectively communicate the value and impact of the Mentor-Mentee Network to potential participants, donors, and other stakeholders.
**Qualifications:**
* **Proven experience:** Minimum 5 years of experience in developing and managing mentorship programs, preferably in the entrepreneurship or social impact space.
* **Strong leadership skills:** Ability to inspire and motivate a team of mentors and mentees.
* **Relationship building:** Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building strong relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
* **Strategic thinking:** Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and manage projects effectively.
* **Resource management:** Experience in securing funding, managing budgets, and leveraging resources to achieve program goals.
* **Data-driven approach:** Proficiency in data analysis and program evaluation to measure impact.
