Job Opportunity for Director – North at Nasscom in Noida

Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility:
Servicing member companies in the region (responding and resolving queries, organizing events and taking required service initiatives to enhance member engagement)
Driving the Regional Forums & Councils across the territory in various geos as needed 
Curate and manage Special Interest Groups such as CHROs, CFOs, CEOs, GCCs etc apart from conceptualizing and implementing related initiatives 
Plan and Implement ideas and customized initiatives strategized for the region
Business Development by onboarding new members
Outreach for NASSCOM events wrt delegate registration, sponsorship, research reports & publications etc
Facilitating and supporting national level initiatives and events as needed  
Implement and manage internal processes with respect to finance, knowledge management, revenue and expenditure for the region
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
Graduate / Post-Graduate

The ideal candidate would be an MBA with specialization in Marketing with 15+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing and general administration preferably in the Tech industry. The candidate should be self driven, an out of the box thinker and a highly motivated team player.  
 

Analytical orientation with working experience of people management skills 
Having a sales and target oriented mindset
Good Account management and client handling skills with exposure to handling CXO/Senior management 
Prior experience of managing relationships and working with Govt departments 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
Familiarity with business studies / economics 
Entrepreneurial and customer focused mind-set
Possess updated knowledge of the industry in the specified region
