Your Role:
- Engagement: Engage with various stakeholders, including government health and ICDS, local communities, NGOs, and internal CRY teams, to build partnerships and ensure effective implementation of the project. Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and address any concerns or issues that arise.
- Project Planning: Collaborate with the Government departments and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize actions aligned with the project’s goals and objectives. Support in developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Project Implementation: Oversee and be responsible for the execution of the project Healthy village Healthy Communities ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and quality standards. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth implementation and efficient utilization of resources.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish monitoring mechanisms to track the progress and impact of project. Collect and analyze relevant data, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to the CRY and donor teams. Identify areas of improvement and recommend strategies to enhance project effectiveness.
- Compliance and Reports: Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal guidelines throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports, including financial statements, impact assessments, and compliance documentation, as required by relevant authorities and stakeholders.
- Community Engagement: Work closely with local communities to understand their needs, interests, and priorities. Foster community participation and involvement in project initiatives through effective communication, capacity building, and awareness campaigns.
Collaboration and Networking: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with NGOs, government agencies- health and ICDS, and other relevant organizations in Gadchiroli. Participate in district level forums, conferences, and networking events to stay updated on good practices and explore collaboration opportunities. - Documentation and Knowledge Management: Ensure timely data entry into Pragati software. Maintain comprehensive documentation of projects, including project plans, progress reports, and lessons learned. Document best practices, success stories, and lessons learned to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Reporting: To report to the immediate supervisor for any project-related needs.
Preparing and sending weekly and monthly reports to CRY person in charge
Participate in CRY review meeting as required from time to time.
Travel to the field areas and guide the team
You: - You must be a Post Graduate in Social Work/Social Sciences/Development Studies with minimum
- 5 years of experience in the social sector. Health sector experience is preferred.
- Basic Exposure to data management and MIS is not mandatory but an additional advantage.
