**Job Description:**

 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **District Coordinator – Enterprise Support Services** to play a vital role in our mission of empowering rural entrepreneurs. This role will be based in **Mirzapur / Bhadohi, India**. 

 

As the District Coordinator, you will be responsible for the smooth delivery of services to enterprises through our key channel partner udyaME kiosk. Your responsibilities will include:

 

* **Kiosk Partner Onboarding:** Identify and onboard potential kiosk partners to expand the reach of our products and services.

* **Product Rollout:**  Effectively rollout existing enterprise support services portfolio through udyaME Kiosks, ensuring client adoption and usage.

* **Liaison with Kiosk Owners:**  Ensure seamless service delivery and repayment process by maintaining strong relationships with kiosk owners.

* **Field Coordinator Onboarding and Supervision:**  Facilitate recruitment and onboarding of field coordinators at the district level as needed.

* **Sales Targets:**  Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* **Intensive Field Visits:**  Conduct extensive field visits, averaging 20 days per month, to monitor operations and ensure program success.

* **Loan Verification and Collection:**  Conduct random field visits to kiosk and enterprise recipients of credit to ensure process adherence and timely loan repayment.

* **Technology Vendor Collaboration:**  Establish relationships with technology vendors to meet the needs of udyaME kiosks and field operations.

* **Microfinance Institution Partnerships:**  Build strong relationships with Microfinance Institutions in strategic districts to provide credit linkages to entrepreneurs.

* **NGO Engagement:**  Identify and engage with Grassroot NGOs to onboard them as clients and expand the service provider network.

* **Government Department Collaboration:**  Establish relationships with district-level government departments to provide scheme linkages to entrepreneurs with the support of udyaME kiosks.

* **Enterprise Onboarding:** Ensure smooth onboarding of enterprises onto the udyaME platform.

 

**Desired Profile:**

 

* **Experience:**  Minimum 5 years of experience working with Microfinance institutions, with a strong focus on leading repayment processes.

* **Livelihoods Expertise:**  Proven experience in building resilient livelihoods for rural entrepreneurs.

* **Marketing Strategy:**  Demonstrated ability to develop and execute local-level marketing strategies with channel partners.

* **Digital Platform Operations:**  Relevant experience in developing operational plans to onboard users onto digital platforms.

* **Target-Oriented:** Comfortable with revenue targets and performance-based incentives.

* **Self-Starter and Innovator:**  A highly motivated individual with a proactive and creative mindset.

* **Technical Skills:**  Functional laptop, strong command of MS Office suite and Google Spreadsheet for data analysis.

 

**Contract Type:** 12 months contract with quarterly reviews.
