## Job Description: District Coordinator – Enterprise Support Services

**Job Location:** Mirzapur / Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh, India

 

**Experience Required:** Minimum 5 years of experience working with microfinance institutions, leading repayment processes.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

 

* **Kiosk Management:** Identify and onboard potential kiosk partners to expand the reach of DA’s enterprise support services portfolio, including training them on various financial products and ensuring smooth repayment processes.

* **Product Rollout:**  Effectively implement and promote existing products through udyaME Kiosks, ensuring client satisfaction and optimal usage.

* **Field Coordination:** Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of field coordinators at the district level as needed.

* **Sales Targets:** Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set for the enterprise support services portfolio.

* **Field Operations:**  Conduct intensive field visits (approximately 20 days per month) to monitor kiosk operations, conduct loan verifications, and ensure timely repayment of loans.

* **Technology Integration:**  Collaborate with technology vendors to cater to udyaME kiosk needs and streamline field operations.

* **Financial Linkages:** Build relationships with microfinance institutions to provide credit linkages to entrepreneurs at a standard Annual Interest Rate.

* **Network Expansion:** Identify and engage with grassroots NGOs to onboard them as clients and expand the service provider network.

* **Government Collaboration:** Establish strong relationships with district-level government departments to facilitate scheme linkages for entrepreneurs with the support of udyaME kiosks.

* **Enterprise Onboarding:** Ensure the smooth onboarding of enterprises onto the udyaME platform.

 

**Desired Profile:**

 

* Proven track record of building resilient livelihoods for rural entrepreneurs.

* Minimum 5 years of experience working with microfinance institutions, leading repayment processes.

* Experience in developing local-level marketing strategies for channel partners.

* Expertise in developing operational plans for onboarding users onto digital platforms.

* Strong understanding of revenue targets and performance-based incentives.

* Self-starter and innovator with a proactive approach.

* Ability to travel extensively within the assigned district.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office suite and Google Spreadsheet for data analysis.

 

**Job Type:** 12 months contract with quarterly review.
