**Job Title:** Donor Relationship Officer

WWF-India is a conservation organization dedicated to building a healthy living planet for future generations. We are seeking a Key Donor Relationship Officer to strengthen our fundraising team.
**Responsibilities:**
– Support key donor engagement by identifying and researching potential donors, and developing strategies to enhance relationships with existing donors.
– Draft personalized communication materials such as emails, letters, and reports.
– Manage donor data accurately in the organization’s database and analyze trends for engagement opportunities.
– Conduct research on donors’ interests and giving patterns to provide insights for enhancing relationships.
– Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align donor engagement efforts with organizational messaging.
**Requirements:**
– At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in fundraising, sales, or a related field is preferred.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with donor management databases is a plus.
