Role: Dynamic Manager (IT & Operations)

The India Semiconductor Mission (ISM) is looking for a dynamic Manager (IT & Operations) to drive the Program Development of Semiconductor & Manufacturing Ecosystem/Schemes. The role will be instrumental in shaping the ISM which aims to build a vibrant semiconductor and display ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Formulate a comprehensive long-term technical and operational strategy for developing sustainable portal for semiconductor & display manufacturing facilities and semiconductor design eco-system in the country in consultation with the Government ministries/ departments/ agencies, industry, and academia.
Lead a team of technologists, workload management, development, performance management, etc. and ensure that projects and services are delivered as per agreed terms.
Plan, implement and direct the mission’s operational and IT functions and performance in the portal.
Demonstrate the ability to communicate complex technology issues and solutions to non- technical senior leaders and executives accountable for the end-to-end service delivery.
Target areas of improvement, track new technologies and help deciding technical roadmaps
Ready to participate as an individual contributor and a team Manager managing website development and analytics dashboard.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Minimum Requirements:

5-8 Years of Experience in the field of IT web services and dashboard development.
Good knowledge of any 2-programming language (Java, HTML, Python, SQL, Analytics tools like Tableau/PowerBI)
Hands on experience with database management system and server management.
B.E / MTech or equivalent degree in Computer Science / IT / other relevant fields
