Location: Nadampur, Sangrur, Punjab
Report to: Sr. Executive

Main Purpose of the role

School Educator implements and manages the STEM project activity at the assigned Mission Education centre/School.

Specialist – STeM Educator

• STEM Educator implements and manages the STEM project activity at the assigned Mission Education Schools.

• Local Implementation and project management including, planning and delivery, specific implementation of all local level things and governance.

• Achievement of the project objectives

• Performance management and reporting

• The role holder will comply with the organization’s policies and procedures.

• Project Execution

• Facilitate the orientation o usage of STEM related do it yourself kits.

• Develop and issues educational content to ensure all students are learning in a safe and productive environment.

• Establish the rapport with teachers and student for smooth process flow.

• Liaison with Head Master/Centre Head to ensure STEM related activities are incorporated into the lesson plans.

• Responsible for cultivating Student interest in Education and development

• Promote Class creativity and learning’s.

• Help Student 1 on 1 basis.

• Prepare and conduct test on periodic manner.

• Maintain Curriculum.

• Facilitate setting up of science lab and ensuring supplies are adequate.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Post-graduate (master’s degree) in the Science or STEM Education, Social Sciences, MSW, Sociology or other relevant discipline with the willingness to learn and use innovative techniques

• 2-3 years’ work experience in STEM based project, development programmes, project coordination; experience programmes will be appreciated
