**Job Location:** Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India
**About the Role:**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Employability Skills Trainer to join our GROW program. GROW is our skill development initiative aimed at empowering young Indians from low-income households. This 60-day training program equips trainees with essential employability skills like communicative English, digital literacy, and aptitude, ultimately leading to placement opportunities.
**Responsibilities:**
* Deliver comprehensive training to aspirants on a structured module covering English Grammar, Spoken English, MS Office, Basic Mathematics, Soft Skills, and Work Readiness. All session material will be provided.
* Adhere to and implement the Training Plan/Calendar for the center.
* Assist in conducting assessments of the aspirants.
* Provide post-placement counseling to the trainees.
* Build and maintain networks with guest lecturers/industry experts to arrange field visits for the sector Readiness module.
* Offer ongoing support to trainees at their workplaces (for a short period) after successful placement.
* Contribute to other center activities as required.
**Experience Required:**
* Proven experience as an Employability Skills Trainer or in a similar role.
* Strong command of English communication (both written and spoken).
* In-depth knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Passion for empowering youth from marginalized communities.
