The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a skilled People team member to anchor people-related initiatives at Central level. The role will involve designing, implementing and governing org level development, engagement and DEI projects to ensure broader alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a working understanding of various BUs/teams within Sattva so as to understand the team culture and delivery expectations
  • Maintain and analyze the people data in the team and identify broad trends and concerns
  • Work with central OD team and BU people business partners to address people-related challenges and co-create proactive and constructive resolution
  • Design and execute initiatives and programs to foster a people-centric and empathetic culture 
  • Own the organization wide employee engagement vertical
  • Frontend the DEI programs along with the DEI team for a more inclusive organization
  • Design, implement and govern the recognition program at Sattva
  • Responsible for few central compliance pieces

Key qualifications and experiences:

  • 2-4 years of experience working as a HR Business Partner
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory; Master’s is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal communications skills
  • Prior experience in consulting environments or start-up organizations is a plus
  • Good working knowledge of excel required in data tracking and analysis 
  • Has demonstrated experience in building/ fostering relationships in teams with empathy and maturity
