**Job Description: English Trainer – Conversational English**
**Location:** Various locations in Gujarat (Junagadh, Rajkot, Surendra Nagar, Morbi, Surat, Vapi)

**Education:**
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, Communication, or a related field.
**Experience:**
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, Communication, or a related field. Experience in teaching rural youth is preferred, with exposure to employability skills training being an advantage.
**Skills & Competencies:**
– Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English.
– Ability to motivate and inspire diverse learners.
– Expertise in engaging methodologies like role-plays, debates, and group discussions.
– Familiarity with digital tools and interactive teaching techniques.
– Empathy, patience, adaptability, project management, and teamwork skills.
**Job Profile:**
The English Trainer will conduct interactive sessions to enhance conversational English skills. Responsibilities include developing customized lesson plans, monitoring progress through assessments, incorporating digital tools, providing mentorship, collaborating with other trainers, and supporting employability training.
