**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced and passionate **Entrepreneur Educator** to join our WE program in **Delhi, India**. This role will be a hybrid of office-based and remote work, requiring you to be physically present in the Delhi office periodically.
**Responsibilities:**
* Design and deliver high-quality training programs and workshops on entrepreneurship, business development, and related topics.
* Develop and curate engaging curriculum and learning materials.
* Mentor and guide aspiring entrepreneurs, providing personalized support and feedback.
* Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
* Network with potential partners and stakeholders to expand the reach of WE programs.
* Stay abreast of emerging trends in entrepreneurship and innovation.
* Contribute to the overall development and implementation of WE program strategy.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, education, economics).
* Minimum 3 years of experience in entrepreneurship education, training, or mentorship.
* Strong understanding of entrepreneurial principles and best practices.
* Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Passion for entrepreneurship and social impact.
**Desired Skills:**
* Experience working with startups or SMEs.
* Experience in using technology to enhance learning.
* Fluency in Hindi and English.
