We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Events Lead / Events Manager to join our Media team.

As a Events Lead / Events Manager at The Better India, you will:-

• Lead all Events and Activations for TBI
• Create annual Offline, Online, Hybrid events calendar based on key TBI themes, important days, topics, opportunities
• Develop content (text, graphics, videos) for event decks, microsites, collaterals, promotions and get the same designed from internal and external agencies
• Coordinate with Community Management, Revenue, Finance, Design, Editorial and other teams to establish financial and operational feasibility of the events, speaker management, sponsor integration, client deliverables
• Produce the Events adhering to branding, budgets, venue, platforms, legal, documentation and recording good practices
• Conduct Events with focus on all aspects from the ease of registration to feedback, stakeholder management, high quality experience, community development, engagement, feedback mechanism built in
• Ensure Sponsor and client deliverables pre, during and post events
• Ensure attendee deliverables pre, during, post event
• All Vendor coordination, onboarding, contracts, payments etc. related to events
• PR, Promote and create a buzz around TBI events and ensure success of all events

Our ideal colleague will be :-

• Someone with an experience between 2 to 6 years in Event Management, Communication, People management
• Qualification- BBA or MBA with specialization in events
