i-Saksham works to build local young women as ‘Leaders of Change’ in disadvantaged geographies like Bihar. The objective is to build a grassroots movement of change agents to shift a typical trajectory of young women away from dropping out of higher education, early marriage, and limited public life. Our women leaders undergo a 2-year leadership development program followed by continuous network building to:

a. Gain self-belief that their identity matters and grow as role models

b. Collaborate with govt. school of their village to enhance educational inclusion of underserved children

c. Collectivize into a peer-driven community of change agents to promote women’s leadership at various levels of socio-economic life

The mission of i-Saksham is to build a state-wide network of 10,000 edu-leaders and impact at least a million girls by 2030.

Position Summary: Executive accounts

The Executive- Accounts manages all accounts and finance related matters of the company. The responsibilities include:

● Prepare and handle daily accounting operations, such as invoicing, payment, payment voucher, reconciliation of bank statements, etc. while ensuring compliance with the defined procedures

● Review quarterly and yearly balance sheet, Profit & Loss and cash flow reports.

● Liaise with chartered accountant, company secretary, banker, accountant, tax agency and relevant authorities.

● Manage payroll and taxation matters.

● Liaise and deal with company other operation suppliers, such as legal, office, HR agency, etc.

● Maintaining all MIS activity and maintaining the necessary records of finance / accounts section

Eligibility

Candidates must be a graduate with proficiency in Tally, with a work experience of 2 years or above.

S/he

1. Should possess thorough knowledge in MS Excel.

2. Should be able to generate high quality report as and when needed.

3. Must know Tally latest version

4. Should have the ability to express and communicate with team as and when required.
