**Job Description: Executive Assistant cum Administrative Head at Accelerate Indian Philanthropy**

**Job Location:**
New Delhi, India
**Experience Required:**
2-5 years in an executive assistant or administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives. Experience in vendor management, event planning, office administration, and CRM database management is essential. Familiarity with UHNI engagement is a plus.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Vendor Management:** Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with vendors for office supplies, events, and services.
2. **Team Logistics:** Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, and transportation.
3. **Office Administration:** Oversee daily operations, ensuring a productive work environment and maintaining office facilities.
4. **Calendar Management:** Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure timely communication.
5. **Event Planning:** Organize events for up to 50 participants, handling logistics like venue booking and catering.
6. **Liaison with UHNI Offices:** Schedule meetings and manage correspondence with UHNIs.
7. **CRM Database Management:** Maintain and update the CRM database, generating reports to support team activities.
**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience in a similar role.

– Proficiency in office tools, CRM software, and project management platforms.
– Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
– Experience in event planning for medium-sized groups.
