We are looking for an Executive Assistant to Top Management for our organisation.Incumbent will be responsible for Giving inputs on all projects & programs being done by the foundation Coordination of all activities of the top management Ability to develop systems to measure impact of the said activities as well as ability to do audits of the same to be able to empirically testify [to the board] for the efficacy & efficiency of the projects programs being done. The incumbent should have a proven track record of Project Program Management & Delivery. The candidate must have a desire to work for the not for profit sector. The person should have high degree of competence as well as empathy EQ . incumbent must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. The incumbent shall interact/work with people including employees, volunteers, donors, communities, centre authorities, partner organisations, corporate and vendors.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provides a bridge in maintaining an efficient flow of information between all levels of the organisation including internal and external contacts
  • Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, correspondence, reports and other tasks that facilitate the management team’s ability to effectively lead the organisation
  • Coordinate with other staff members and volunteer leaders to monitor, track and report periodically on the progress / performance of programmes / initiatives
  • Assists in coordinating the agenda of management team and staff meetings; summarises the minutes of meetings and follows up with appropriate individuals on closure of the actionable in a timely manner
  • Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the top management including managing appointments, completing expense reports, composing and drafting communication and compiling documents & reports
  • Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on all matters and concerns addressed to the management, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature and recommends appropriate course of action, referral, or response
  • Works closely and effectively with the co-founder/ top management to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Acts as a “barometer”, having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the management updated
  • Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on tasks to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
  • Performs any other critical organisation tasks as maybe required by the co-founder/ top management.

Education Qualification / Experience:

  • Any graduate
  • Holding a Masters in Business Administration will be an advantage
  • More than 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)

Renumeration – CTC – 4-6 LPA
