**Position Summary:**

 

The Executive Assistant to the CEO will report directly to the CEO, Shaheen Mistri, and play a crucial role in managing the CEO’s schedule, communications, and various projects.  This is a managerial role requiring strong leadership and collaboration skills.

 

**Responsibilities:**

 

* **CEO Support:** Manage the CEO’s calendar, prepare meeting materials, draft and respond to emails, arrange travel, manage correspondence, and serve as a personal representative.

* **Goal Management:** Track and analyze the CEO’s goals, prepare presentations, and support progress toward objectives.

* **Project Support:** Collaborate with the Chief of Staff on board and senior leadership engagement, support high-priority projects, contribute to budget management, and conduct research.

* **Data & Knowledge Management:** Manage data for decision-making and maintain a knowledge management system for the CEO.

* **Social Media & Public Relations:** Manage the CEO’s social media presence, collaborating with the Communications Team to amplify Teach For India’s impact.

* **Team Contribution:** Contribute to broader team goals and act as a brand ambassador for Teach For India.

* **Additional Support:**  Support various organizational areas, including recruitment, fundraising, and volunteer management.

 

 

**Minimum Qualifications, Experiences and Expectations:**

 

* 3-5 years of professional work experience.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Experience in managing operations in high-pressure, goal-oriented environments.

* Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse individuals and groups.

* Demonstrated initiative and proactive problem-solving skills.

* Previous experience in teaching/education is a plus but not mandatory.

* Commitment to Teach For India’s values, vision, and mission.
