Job Description
The applicant should be willing to travel extensively within the city and interact/work with stakeholders including beneficiaries, school management, contractors, and vendors.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Visit and support infrastructure need analysis for schools and NGOs
- Visit and monitor civil, infrastructure projects and share detailed visit report
- Visit & shortlist beneficiaries for Bhumi’s programmes
- Identify and engage vendors, procurement of materials (on need basis)
Requirements
Preferred Education Qualification / Experience:
- Graduation or Diploma in Civil Engineering – essential
- Work experience – Fresher to 2 years
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Reasonable interpersonal and communication skills – English & Tamil / Hindi
- Basic computer skills – MS Word & Excel – Desirable
- Experience/knowledge about civil and infrastructure work – essential
- Resourceful, responsible, and self-starting
- Willingness to travel extensively – locally & nationally (fuel & travel expense will be reimbursed)
- Having a two-wheeler – essential

Reporting to: Operations Manager
Expected Age: Below 30
Scope: Willing to work flexible hours
Remuneration: Based on the candidate’s profile
