Summary of the Role

We are seeking dynamic and passionate School Fundraising professionals to lead the fundraising efforts for our CFC program in schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies, building relationships with schools and donors, and ensuring the sustainability of the CFC program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy for the Child for Child Programme.
  • Identify and prioritize potential sources of funding through schools and educational institutions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with schools, teachers, educational authorities and education institutions.
  • Collaborate with school authorities and educators to integrate value-based education into the curriculum.
  • Plan and execute trainings/workshops/campaigns to engage both privileged and underprivileged children, fostering empathy and understanding.
  • Develop and manage the budget for the Child for Child Programme, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
  • Prepare regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Document success stories and best practices to share with the wider community.
  • Ensure achievements of the laid work plans and yearly targets both qualitative and quantitative.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date school databases and records.

Education, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Candidates with professional experience in fundraising, donor management, sales/marketing from development/social sector would be preferred.
  • Should have strong ability to network and strengthen relationship with stakeholders
  • Retired Professionals in the age group of 50-60 will also be considered
