Job Description
We are looking for an Executive – Outbound Calls for approx. 3 months, who can assist the Wadhwani Skills Network Impact Team with Operations and Program Implementation. Key Responsibilities :
Outbound Calls
o Initiate outbound calls to the customers of our programs
o Explain the purpose of the call and ensure that the beneficiary feels valued and heard
o Gather feedback on the customers’ experience with the program, and the value they derived from it
Data Collection & Management
o Accurately record feedback and data obtained during the call
o Ensure timely data entry and upkeep of MIS system
o Validate data for completeness and accuracy, addressing any discrepancies
Report Generation
o Generate weekly/ monthly reports from MIS system summarizing feedback and outcomes
o Collaborate with team to analyze trends and insights from collected data
Relationship Management
o Address and questions/ concerns the customers may have regarding the program
o Develop and foster relationships with customers, ensuring high level of trust and rapport
Requirements
Excellent Communication Skills in English and Hindi
o Able to articulate their ideas clearly and empathetically.
o Active listening skills ensuring that the customers feel understood.
Data Management Proficiency
o Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data recording and reporting.
o Familiarity with MIS systems and basics of data entry
Time Management
o Ability to manage multiple calls and tasks efficiently within the set timeframe.
Relationship Management
o Ability to connect with and understand people.
